I want to set up an automated email sent to the lead for everytime a lead changes from lead owner A to lead owner B.
I tried doing an auto-response rule for web-to-lead and no email is sent when I resassign the lead from owner A to B.

I have professional edition is there any workaround?
Yes I want to notify the lead. I want to generate an auto email specifically for web leads when they are assigned to this person.
