I have a use case where customers enter orders which are stored as an Opportunity. The Opportunity has an address that is geocoded and that appears on the map to show where the customers need to be serviced. I would like to show the service charge when the customer enters the order based on shape layers. How can I determine the shape layer from an address on a record, in this case the Opportunity record?

@Marius Swart Thanks for reaching out. I need more clarification what you are trying to complete. Shape layers are not connected to addresses in Salesforce Maps. You can create markers layers on the opportunity object, which show the location of the customer.
