I'm trying to get some feedback and was wondering if anyone let's non logged in Users create Cases through their Community?

Specifically, when creating a Case by a non logged in User with the Guest User Profile, if you allow them to add attachments to their Cases and how you're going about it.

Currently, we are and we are trying to decide if this is best practice and if we are the only ones running into issues related to Guest Users adding attachments and if anyone can help.
