Any thoughts of integrating call kit capability in the mobile app so the caller id can be displayed using the contacts in the Salesforce mobile app instead of having the user sync the contact down to the mobile device?

Hi @Jong Park, this is definitely on our radar, but it's not on our current roadmap. (There are some device limitations that make this tricky.)
