- let me know if this is not what you're looking for, but I'm assuming/hoping you're asking for the improved scrolling and copy+paste permission set! The permission set is available in sandbox today and production starting Winter '21.

Once you've hit New to create a permission set:

- Choose License - “None”

- Add system permission - “Salesforce Mobile App: Native scrolling on webviews”

Once you've assigned the permission set to some users, you'll want to be on a version of the app 226.000 or higher and you will need to force quit/exit out of the app and restart to see improved scrolling enabled.
