Can Joined reports be added to the Salesforce Home page? I have it in a shared folder and it has a chart, but it's still not showing as an option to add to the Lightning App Builder

Hello @Carrie Hermanson Create a joint report and format should summary or Matrix with chart.
Go to the Lighting Home Page -> Drag and Drop Report chart -> choose your report that you have created before -> click Save
