I hope you all are doing well and staying safe!

I'm a Sales Operations Specialist with +4 years of Salesforce experience as a user with added Administrator and projects responsibilities. My recent job was impacted by Covid-19 and I have used the last 8 weeks to get hands on with Trailhead and recently got Certified ADM 201, ADM 211 and Sales Cloud CRT 251. 

As I make this transition, I'm committed to a long term career in CRM/Salesforce, and in the process of learning new skills and exploring other Certifications to deepen my subject knowledge, while I am actively seeking new opportunities to get my foot back in the door.

Would anyone be open to sharing their experience/journey with transitioning into a full-time Salesforce Admin role or knowledge of any resources, volunteer opportunities?
