Hi, I have a development sandbox where I've added a community for External Identity purposes. I can configure the community Registration Options Registration Page type using either an "Experience Builder Page" (Aloha Template) or "Configurable Self-Reg Page" and this works fine using the out of the box logic. I need to modify the Registration Handler (The auto generated handlers for either) to do some additional steps and I've changed the registration handler for both Page types however modifying the Registration apex code, I'm using the developer console for my dev sandbox, to make and save changes are not reflected when I test the pages using either page type. It is like the changes are not being seen and Salesforce just runs through whatever the default apex code is doing. Is there something I'm missing with the Registration Handlers, maybe a step I have to do after saving my changes or perhaps a permission issue?
Thank You,
Brian
If you are using the default Experience Builder registration page (including the default lightning components for registration) then the logic for those component is hardcoded.
But you can make a simple change to use example component and you can change the Apex for those:
