I am looking for the Smart Tool feature when composing an email. I am following this link: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=inbox_client_insert_availability.htm&type=5
I have essentials (includes sales cloud), so I should have the ability to use the feature based upon the documentation I am reading. I am a new user, so I could simply be missing it - could anyone shed some light on this for me? Thank you!
