Is there a way in the new mobile app to display the quick actions you have on the desktop if you don't use the today app?

@Susan MacLeod quick actions can be configured in the page layout editor. If you add your action to the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions area on the page layout, it should appear in the app.
