As the product manager for Lightning high-level navigation I've worked with many customers of all shapes and sizes to understand their use cases, priorities, and collaborate on ideas to improve their implementation in line with their business goals. It's my favorite part of the job!

My expertise is how to arrange your overall app and front-end user experience. No guarantee I'll be able to answer all your questions but it's worth a shot (i.e. I still barely know what sharing rules and approval processes are). There are many great tools in the Salesforce UI/UX toolkit who knows what we'll come up with.
