The native Classic  Invite Co-workers! to Chatter button does not appear to be available in Lightning.

Managers and staff for years have been inviting each other to Chatter.  So much so that this became a part of our onboarding process.  The manager (or colleague) invites the new user to Salesforce via this button and if the person needs deeper access, creates creates a request.  This allows the managers to have control and saves Admin time by allowing Salesforce to do the heavy lifting in creating the initial User Detail record, with the right time, locale, etc.

Please please tell me there is a declarative way to get the Invite Co-workers! functionality in Lightning.
