Log a Call against a Contact - Change 'Related To' Default ?
In Lightning, when 'logging a call' against a Contact is it possible to change the default Related To object to something other than Account (for example, change the default to the Opportunity object).
The default, when in Classic, is set to Opportunity. Not sure how to do the same in Lightning.

Probably not in the default Log a Call action, but you could replace it with a custom quick action and specify a different related object. If the action is on the account/contact page, then you would need to pick an object that is related to the account/contact, otherwise perhaps look into a global action?
