Hi everyone!

Hoping for some help.  I tried deploying a new Lightning App I created for one of our specific teams.  I created the App titled VendorCare Team and have a specific Contact Record Type (VendorCare Contact Record) that is set up and tied to this App. Can someone help with the error I am getting below.  This is the first time I am creating and deploying a custom Lighting App.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
