Another Feature Request -- this is a big one...
I want to put a Lightning Component or a Flow in the actual body of the Custom Notification. The idea being that I can notify a user of something happening, then let them respond right from the Notification, without navigating away from the page.
I imagine the implementation would be that you specify the URL to the flow or the Lightning Component when you create the Custom Notification. Then the input variables would be specified in the Flow, or in the meta file for the LWC.
Alternately, if we can't actually put the component/flow IN the notification, then how about let us launch it (URL) instead of the TargetId?
@Pat McClellan I'm not sure how close we are to rendering components/flows within a notification itself, but we've thought about a couple things that might get close.
1) Custom action buttons in notifications
2) Arbitrary navigation targets (likely via page reference)
Would either of those be suitable for your use case?
