Why sometimes I can see the record ID of 15 characters and other times it shows 18 characters? where I can see the whole record ID of 18 characters?

@Nicolás Soto - To make it a little easier you can create a formula field to give you the 18 character id for each object. https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000324394&language=en_US&type=1&mode=1
