Not sure if anyone else has seen this. I have a user that is having an issue with field dependencies. She clicks the first field to grab the vendor number and then it is supposed to pull in the email and name its tied too automatically but nothing happens. When she clicks on View All Dependencies link it still doesn't bring them all in. She has to go into each field and choose the value. But, if she backs out and chooses a different vendor number the email and name all pull in automatically without choosing View All Dependencies. It doesn't matter what number she uses it always happens. Her Google Chrome is also up to date. 

Any thoughts? As of now she is the only user its happening too.
