Hi @Hitin Mutneja, I saw a case you opened saying that you were not receiving messages through Live Messenger. Was it for facebook messenger. I am having a similar problem. Where you able to get it resolved? Thanks!!

Thanks for your quick reply. I did the setup in a sandbox but only setup FB Messenger. I send a message to the FB page through Messenger for it does not come up in the omni channel widget. I opened a case with SF, will see what they say. Regards
