Hi all, I wonder if the following experience is specific to me or all other lighting users are experiencing the same:

I) opening a specific change set (inbound and outbound) loads very slow

II) apex test execution (setup --> apex test execution) doesn't show at all. I can only reach this page using classic

I am using chrome. I have allowed third party cookies, that seems to be a prerequisite for most of the pages to load. 

What's your experience with the admin pages in lightning?
