@Jenna Molby I would like to add a survey to the unsubscribe page, which asks people why they are unsubscribing. I would like it to be separate from the email preference center, which I have customized to allow people to opt in to certain types of notifications. I have created a custom layout template which incorporates the form. Everything is great except for one thing. I cannot get it to present the re-subscribe button once they click the unsubscribe. Can you steer me in the right direction?
