Some feedback on the lightning UI in general: Anywhere these is a "Dualing Picklist" in setup / administration and there are more than 10 options, a search bar should be available.  There are three places that immediately come to mind:

1. Pick list fields to display edit screen

2. Recent Items Object Selection in App Builder

3. Path field selection for Key Fields

Remember, some orgs have a lot of fields and filtering these lists would help admins not having to scroll for days.  I often find myself going to the metadata to add fields instead since it's faster...
