ONE YEAR of our top reports not working in Lightning and having to switch to Classic to use. ONE YEAR of countless cases to Salesforce and refusing to accept that we needed to recreate EVERY SINGLE ONE of our reports in order to make them work in Lightning. ONE YEAR of waiting for Joined Reports to come back. ONE YEAR of pissed off Sales people that can't access what they want, when they want it. FINALLY, today, I get a tech support person who helped me fixed 90% of the report issues AND helped me recreate my custom links so they work. I could cry I'm so happy.

You are literally the only people I know who will appreciate this, so I had to share. #SoloAdmin
