The flexibility of components is amazing in Lightning. One of my favorite features is the Related Record Component, which comes in handy not only for surfacing fields from related records but also to surface object specific actions you create around the same object. An example would be creating a Case Action and surfacing that Action/Layout on the Case Lightning Record Page in a Related Record Component: surfacing specific fields to update in a transfer situation that aren't on the normal page layout, and making one of those fields required for the transfer to complete.
