When transitioning to Lightning, a great deal of time is set reviewing your org, During this time, make sure that you are adding or updating Descriptions anytime one exists. This will help ensure that there is a reason for every field, rule, permission, etc. or maybe there isn't a good reason to keep and the clutter can be removed. #LightningStrikes
