Current in lightning, I have to scroll all the way down on a list view to select all records, specifically if the list view is bringing in 50+ records. Is there a work around for this, to be able to select all records in a list view without having to scroll down?

you can use this chrome extenison https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/salesforce-datametadata-u/jkmajpplbomebfegjjagbeoblheeehld for atleast counting the total records in a list view. Supports both classic and Lightning. Note: the user should have API Enabled for this feature to work.
