GLOBAL SEARCH

I have a custom field, 255 character text, that I'm trying to enter in the global search and have it show on the dropdown but it is not showing up.  If I enter the the text in the global search and hit enter I get the list and I'm able to select from there but my users want to see from the dropdown.

• Object is searchable
