For users not ready for Lightning Report Builder, is there anyway to disable New Report button for Lightning Report Builder?
There is permission called "Report Builder (Lightning Experience)", but why standard user without this permission enable will see Lightning Report Builder too?
I know there is an idea for this https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A0000003ZdUQAU but this looks like a defect instead of an idea.
Any comment?
Hi @Liz Skaates thanks for replying and sharing this, so this confirms there is no more option to hide Lightning Report Builder in Lightning Experience
Our use case here: migrating the user to Lightning is a "big" step and lot of training, adoption, etc., and adding Lightning Report Builder is another big thing.
The plan earlier is to let Lightning stable and then phase 2 to enable Lightning Report Builder
So, this idea is a valid idea
