In Service Cloud Lightning, when customers email their images as attachments to a case, there is no method of previewing the image as you can have in Salesforce Classic where you can view attachments but in lightning you have to download all the attachments and it can be tedious especially if the attachments are labelled image1, image2 etc. Is there a "View" attachments capability in Lightning? Thanks

@Kelly Vida Is there a way in the case object in Service Cloud lightning to distinguish the labels on attachments? So in the related links: the attachments are for viewing purposes although you can attach files these would only be viewed internally. On the right side of the page when you drop down you can add an attachment to a case. So is there anyway to label these as "External Attachments" and "Internal Attachments? Thanks
