Hi - can anyone give me a breakdown of how a user can do the equivalent of subscribing to content, but in lightning files? They need to be able to subscribe and get an email/notification every time that content is updated (both individual files and content packs). Can users follow a Library or sub-folder? Also is there any plans to support preview of content packs in Lightning (so users can see what files are in content pack)?

Hi @Neil Hayek thank you for your reply - I appreciate you taking the time! I have been testing the Follow feature on Files in Lightning and I have some things to report. There do not appear to be any email options for feed tracked changes - so no way to get an email notification when a file you follow has been updated.
Additionally, the "reason for change" will show only in the Versions related list but not within the chatter post itself. So even if the chatter post was providing notifications, it lacks helpful information (see attached image).
Thank you for sharing the information about sharing of folders via public links. Is there any option more directed towards internal users, such as the ability to follow/subscribe to a library or folder within a library?
Also, are you able to share what is coming on the roadmap? After completing info gathering and testing on this topic, I will be summarizing and creating a recommendation for our org (which may involve developing custom solutions for feature parity if needed)
