I'm trying to items to an apps utility bar but not all the items show up in the utility bar. I currently have Recent Items, Notes, and a CTI Softphone (8x8) added to the utility bar. When I launch the app, only the recent items show up. Is there a setting or checkbox I'm missing? Thanks.

@Vue Lee , sorry to hear that. If your leveraging Lightning, you may want to verify with their support team that CTI adapter is available in Lightning for their integration. There were some specific efforts AMC took to ensure that our OpenCTI offering was compatible with Lightning.
Is it clear that 8x8 adapter supports Lightning?
