Can I stop the opportunity name from changing when the stage updates? Example: Opportunity Name is called TEST123 and is at the 1st stage. Then it goes to the second stage and now it's called TEST123:TEST123. Then it goes to the 3rd stage and it's called TEST123:TEST123:TEST123.
What is causing this and can it be turned off (because it is affecting some of our workflows (users are receiving an error message saying "A workflow or approval field update caused an error when saving this record". It's because the opportunity name is becoming too long.

@Jeremiah Dohn I tracked this down and indeed it is related to a workflow - just found it odd that it clearly works differently in Lightning than it does in Classic.
