Fellow Admins - We just kicked off our LEX Beta User group today so the real fun begins now. I wanted to share one neat use of a simple component that we are using. 

On the LEX home page, we have a rich text component and are using it to point people where we want them to store their thoughts/lightning questions in between our weekly huddles (somewhere else besides slack/email), pointing them to Trails we want all of them to take and lastly and possibly the best is a glossary of the lightning terms so they are on their front page and they can start using the right lingo and when I use it in our meetings, they will have a good idea of all the terminology. Still adding terms to this as we cover them in our weekly huddles.

We have a different home page for managers and employees which we have to update both of each time we add a term. I wish there was a way to update it once and it would update on each version of the home page, but not a huge burden.
