Do we have any control over the date picker? When my users are creating new opportunities that will close next year, the year selection dropdown starts at 1998! I can't imagine why anyone would have a close date 20 years in the past. Is there any way for use to have that dropdown default to the current year at the top, so they're only scrolling up or down a little instead of through so many unneeded values?

It would be great if admins could set the range which is displayed in the date picker, on a per-field basis. For example, if you have a field for Date of Birth you'll want to show different choices than on a Close Date field, etc.
