Hi-I understand this lead seminars is in regards to leads. However, our organizations utilizes opportunities as leads. What processes would you recommend to apply the lead scoring process to opportunities? What have other customers done, if any examples?

    Great question, Pedro! The Lead Scoring process could be very similarly applied to Opportunities. Using custom fields to define scores on specific fields, you could certainly effectively score your opportunities.
