Event fields are not displaying in activity timeline(Compact Layout) after lead/opportunity page refresh. It will appear once i create new Event in Lead/Opportunity. It was working fine before w18 release. Anybody facing the same issue?
Its not working when i click on Expansion button.Here is the detail step what i did.
For Event:
If we have added 3 custom fields and 3 standard fields to compact layout.
On insert/Update of event we could see all the fields included in the compact layout on timeline expansion, but once you refresh the parent page say lead/opportunity page
it will show only standard fields and hide custom fields.
For Task :
If we have added 3 custom fields and 3 standard fields to compact layout.
On insert/Update of event we could see all the fields included in the compact layout on timeline expansion, but once you refresh the parent page say lead/opportunity page
it will show only standard fields and hide custom fields.
Exception:Though "Type" is standard field but it is not showing up after refresh.
