Question for you folks: One of the wonderful things about salesforce is the ability to grab the url of any page you are looking at, and send it to another user so they can look at the exact same page you are.  

But now the format of the URLs between lightning and classic is different, and I have some users who are using lightning and some who are not, and when a user grabs their url in lightning  and sends it to a user who is still using classic, the classic user gets an error that "You can't access lightning experience". instead of just being taken to the record in classic.

Is there any way to resolve this?
