Has anyone else had the problem where they get a Lightning Component Quick Action to work in a Developer Org but when they move to Sandbox it does not work? I read something about Recordtypes being an issue with the Lightning Component Quick Actions, does anyone know more about this?

The above is what I finally implemented and it seems to work. I hope it helps someone else. This was for launching a form for SpringCM.
