Is anyone else having issues with notes and attachments? In lightning we've added to Accounts the related lists for both Files and Notes & Attachments but for some reason we can't see the actual files in Lightning. They show in classic but the related lists are blank in Lightning. Any ideas? It seemed to be working for about a month and now they're missing again.

- For Account records, files related to Tasks and Events that rollup to an Account are included (e.g. Task.AccountId, Event.AccountId). Example: Files related to a Task that is related to an Opportunity will be visible at the Account level.
- Child relationships are now case-insensitive in App Builder
