Please vote up this idea. With Summer the very helpful Compact Layout fields that were displayed in the Activity Timeline in Lightning are now hidden within the Activity details. These details displayed with no clicks were helpful and loved by my users.
Add back Activity Compact Layout fields in Activity Timeline

@Anand Rohra I agree that the ability to expand the activities in the timeline is a great enhancement and we want to keep that. But we miss having the Company Layout fields visible with zero clicks. Within an hour of starting their day my reps complained about the loss of this visibility, even after showing them the "Expand All" button. Their feedback on that is that it showed too much information and made it hard for them to scan all activities to find the meaningful ones.
