Hello all,

I'm looking to get certified in the near future, and I'm wondering what I must do in order to take any certification. Of course, you must study, but what I'm wondering, is what information one must present, and if there any restrictions on who can take the exam, such as an age restriction. I assume they want more info than just a name, so do I need to give an Id or other Personably Identifiable Information? If so, what forms will be necessary/acceptable?

Basically, I'd like to know what hoops one has to jump through before even taking the exam.
