@Shannon Price @Joe Morse Hey folks: one question that I'd like to add to our agenda for Wednesday: how have other teams identified "engaged" members of their community? We are curious to add a KPI for pilot success around a percentage of "engaged" users, but we want a more firm way of measuring this (perhaps logins, posts, likes) that isn't overly aggressive. We'd love any suggestions on Wednesday! FYI @Akele Coffey

A good discussion topic. The dashboards used in the Community Management Console do generally provide a decent benchmark. For an early-stage community, I would place initial emphasis on what I call top-of-funnel metrics: login rate, groups joined, etc. As your community matures, I'd look more at posts, comments, and overall community reputation. We can take a look at how each of those is configured in your community on Wed.

I'm also going to ask our head of Community Adoption & Engagement if he has time to join this or a future call. He will have some great ideas.
