In this 1-day instructor-led course, you will learn how to use Journey Builder to design and automate responsive multi-channel email campaigns that will guide your customers through every step of the journey with your brand. This course will cover the foundational knowledge needed to start using and designing within Journey Builder.

During the course, you will learn how to set up data structures and leverage data in Contact Builder to be used in a multi-channel Journey Builder interaction. The course will also cover how to create an interaction using the activities available in Journey Builder, how to set and monitor a goal, and how to test and version an interaction.

If you are interested in this class you should have experience using the Marketing Cloud email application.
