Looking for a Predictive Dialing Solution that integrates with Salesforce. I have reviewed over a dozen apps (many from the AppExchange) and spent a lot of time and effort. Upon drilling down on the dialing functionality all appear to be click-to-dial solutions vs. Predictive Dialers/Auto Dialers. Not at all the same thing - and though assisted dialing or power dialing may be more common these days I am being asked specifically for Predictive dialing.

I have spoken with both Cloud-based and phone system based solutions (we have a BroadSoft system) and both appear to have gaps for predictive dialing.

Is there an App or Solution that will auto-dial from a Salesforce Campaign, distribute the calls to the next available telemarketing representative, and pop-up the Contact record to allow the rep to detail the call and add notes directly into Salesforce to be saved as an activity? Or is this a combination of features/functions that is not available? Will we need multiple solutions (ie. Salesforce, CTI Adapter App, Dialer App). Needing it only for one small group vs. the entire sales team is also a consideration.
