I am taking over the scheduling of training events for our Sales teams and was passed an Excel workbook which outlines the training topics, time allocation, who will conduct the training (person or department) and which week the training should occur in. I would love to get rid of this Excel workbook and track this information in Salesforce. I would love your suggestions. How would you set this up in your org? Attached is an abbreviated version of this spreadsheet to give you an idea.
I am personally a fan of having either a custom app or object for it @Brent Downey... the app would allow for more flexibility. You could even post training videos within it for future reference... like YouTube but within the Org :)
