Traveling to the World Tours and talking to customers at Dreamforce, I can't tell you how many conversations I've had that include the words "I have to get certified for my job" or "My boss wants me to get certified as proof that I know what I'm doing".
That's where
#Salesforce University comes into play. In addition to numerous Instructor-Led Training classes geared towards teaching you about Salesforce and its functionality, we now have 3 new courses that we launched at DF14, geared towards helping you prepare for your Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Exams? These 1-day classes serve as a perfect refresher to give you the confidence you need to go into an exam (or will let you know where you should focus your study). #BetYourCareerOnSalesforceAdministrator Prep Class:

Great question @Emily East. Currently, the Admin Prep class DOES include a coupon/voucher for taking the exam. This is subject to change in the future, but as it stands today, it's included!
