My Windows machine died last night just hours before my exam. I thought I was fine as I would take it on my mac... I downloaded the software from Kryterion's website today but wasn't able to do a thing with it after install. I contacted the support and was told that 'Unfortunately Mac is not supported on the testing platform that you will be using for this assessment. This went into effect on the first of this month'. I wasn't able to learn why they still allow downloads if the platform isn't supported. I thought some of you may find it useful / interesting
