Hello everyone!
I have extensive background in UX but not a lot in Salesforce. I failed the exam the first time in part because I scored low in Declarative Design and Salesforce Lightning Design System. Any tips on how I could get more hands exposure/experience in those areas? I was also wondering if anyone knew where to go to better understand the Salesforce questions themselves? This is my first cert and I've done all the trailhead modules and challenges and the questions were never that tricky.

Did you complete all the modules in the Salesforce UX designer path before you took the exam? I have done some of the Lightening Design training, aside from this to get a job after taking the exam, they want 2 years experience on the platform I am finding.
