Hi, Can someone suggest to me how to change the standard dashboard logo.

My client executive team is asking whether I can make their personal dashboard appear immediately when they open Salesforce. I experimented with putting dashboards on the home page, but the page looked overloaded. My guess is that there's a way to make this happen. Thoughts?
