Senior Salesforce Developer and Team Lead seeking challenging Full-Time or Contract roles as a Developer and Admin. I am currently re-entering the workforce after Maternity and am available for immediate remote engagement and local opportunities in Canada. - Experience: 7+ years as a Senior Developer/Team Lead on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Technical Abilities: Expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), complex declarative automation (Flows), advanced security models and connecting Salesforce to various external business systems.
- Platform Proficiency: Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, platform automation, and building/customizing Salesforce Sites (Experience Cloud).
- Strategy & Data: Proven ability to handle data migration, system architecture design, and process optimization.
- Soft Skills: Strong focus on problem-solving, collaboration, documentation, leading end-user training and actively mentoring.
