Whats app Bot is not responding to one whats app number. Bot is responding to second whats app number.

Hello,

I have developed the Einstein Whats app bot. When I test it, I observed below behavior.

 

When I send message to Einstein whats app bot from my first Whatsapp number, I didn't received any response message. 

When I send message to Einstein whats app bot from my second Whatsapp number, I received the response messages from Bot.

 

My first message which bot sends, "How can i help you". This is only visible when I send message from my second whatsapp  number.

What can be the reason of this? Could anyone please give the path so I can find the solution of this problem?

    Thanks @Tom Bassett for responding. Thanks for your kind help. My issue get resolved. Actually, If I do not optout from the current chat, I can't start the new chat again with same whats app number.

Does anyone know how to get Einstein Lead Scoring to be visible on a synced Pardot Prospect record?   I know we can use Einstein Behavior score in Pardot, but I can't see Einstein Lead score anywhere in Pardot.

    hi @Christopher Cunniff is einstein lead scoring a field of the lead opbject on salesforce ? if so you should be able to add it as a custom field on pardot (admin > custom field > add custom field)
